You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with service operation, or use Scaleogic for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. Fees, trials, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in your account billing settings. Billing inquiries for Scaleogic LLC subscriptions may be sent to billing@scaleogic.com.

Data & content

You retain ownership of your husbandry records. See our Privacy Policy for how Scaleogic LLC handles personal data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes relating to these terms or the Scaleogic platform will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
