Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously. Scaleogic stores the information you provide so the app can function (account details and your husbandry records).

Your Data Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR and CCPA. Scaleogic supports self-service access and deletion from the app.

• Download your data: from Account Settings → My Data → Download My Data, you can generate a ZIP containing your records as JSON (plus an offline viewer). Photos are not included by default because of size; contact us if you need help exporting images.
• Delete your account: from Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account, you can permanently delete your account after confirming. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Retention. We may retain certain information where required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, limited server logs or billing records). Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked to you may also be kept for analytics.
