Scaleogic offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Subscription Refunds

If you are charged and request a refund within 7 days of the charge, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, email billing@scaleogic.com with your account email and reason for the request.

Annual Plans

Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months if requested within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request

Email billing@scaleogic.com. Include your account email and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from /account/billing. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
